- How much to send X parts to my country?
- The website will estimate shipping for you based on what you order, what country, and what service you choose. Add parts to the shopping cart and go to the checkout to see the total. You can cancel before paying. If you order and the shipping total is different after packed and ready, we will refund/request the difference.
- How can I pay for/cancel/change/check my order?
- See your Account/Order history page. You can see your order statuses, delete/pay for unpaid orders, see update notes on orders, change shipping, delete items, etc. (The website also sends you an email every time we add an update note on your order.) Deleted items will be refunded after the order is finished.
- How can I add items to my order?
- If not processed yet you can delete it in your Account/Order history and make a new order. Or you can order and pay for any new items, but choose “No shipping, add to order -----”. We'll update your account with a combined shipping total when all packed.
- When will my order ship?
See your Account/Order history page for update notes about slow items or shipping totals. We will add all updates there as we can. You can edit your order there and choose what to do with any slow items.
- I need technical help with an item
- All tech info we have is on the product page or, if there is a diagram/installation help, it was sent out in your original order email if there is any. See your order email. You can also check the tech page for general tips such as carb jetting, etc.
