How do I order a scooter?

The steps are as follows:

  1. Choose a model in the scooter section, configure it online, and pay online or by bank transfer.
  2. We will then restore the scooter according to your order - restoration time is noted on the scooter intro page and depends how busy we are -, and give it to the shipping agent here. We arrange the shipping to your city.
  3. After the scooter is onboard, we will email you an invoice for Customs, and a translation of the title-transfer paper for you to later register the scooter.
  4. When the scooter arrives overseas, a shipping agent there will contact you. You then pay them for the clearance and shipping charges.
  5. You also forward the invoice to them and pay them to clear the scooter through Customs (and VAT payment in some countries). Or do this yourself: hold onto the invoice and do it yourself in your own city and save some money. Read about Customs for an explanation of charges, issues, and how to do it easily yourself.
  6. The agent then forwards the scooter to your city. You will be notified when it arrives.
  7. Pick the scooter up at a local warehouse or pay the agent there to deliver it, invite your friends over, and uncrate and oggle it.
  8. Register the scooter using the transfer of title documents we emailed.
  9. Scoot :-)

How do I order parts?

  1. Choose from closest stock locations at the top of any parts page. Asia lists all stock if you want to see everything. You can also view prices in different currencies.
  2. At checkout you will see the shipping options, shipping time, and total cost. Pay as you like, online or offline.
  3. When packed for shipping, if there is an extra dimensional charge we will notify you and you can pay the extra or cancel. If cheaper, we will automatically refund the difference.
  4. Please Note: stock outside Asia ships right away. In Asia, we don't keep everything ready-to-go, and might have to make your parts when you order, which normally takes from a few days to a few weeks depending on how busy we are and what they are.
  5. We will send a shipping email when shipped. If you chose a guaranteed shipping method (i.e., not regular mail), you will get tracking information.
