2010 Scooter Calendar
Dec. 29, 2009, 8:50 AM

2010 Scooter Calendar We just got word that our 2010 Scooter Calendar is printed and will be delivered today! We always leave it to the last minute.

Our 2010 Scooter Calendar is one of the nicest classic scooter calendars you'll see! It pairs two of the top fashion models in all of Vietnam with beautiful Vespa and Lambretta restored scooters in four locations.

This year's calendar is a 12 page desktop calendar on high quality glossy paper. It's actually a 14 month calendar, so you can use it into Jan. of the next year.

It's the hottest thing in scootering after the sparkplug! And only $1/month!

(Of course, like always, orders over $100 will get a free calendar.)

We're getting boring
Dec. 28, 2009, 11:54 AM

Customer email today from Italy about our service:

Thanks, you are great... so good it starts to be boooooring!!!

Ciao

That's what we're aiming for on the service side, boredom: Click, pay, send, “Hey, look my scooter parts arrived.”

Right after the above email we got another, this one from someone who extensively restored his own Vespa VBB Sportique from top to bottom:

Before and after Vespa Sportique Hi, I just want to let you know that I have finished my Vespa Sportique and would like to thank you and all the staff for making it possible.

Please visit my blog @ vbb-vespa.blogspot.com, you can use any thing off the site if you want.

Thanks again

Be sure to check out all the photos there. Impressive work, including welding in a new floorboard!

Scooter rain ponchos
Dec. 21, 2009, 9:22 AM

Rain poncho cover LambrettaRain poncho cover Vespa

A new item that will come in handy in the new year is our Lambreta or Vespa rain poncho.

It's a light waterproof rain poncho to keep in your scooter and save you when it starts to pour on the way somewhere. These are faster, easier and more effective than rain suits as the water flows right off of you, top-to-bottom, rather than gathers under you. (You can also use it in a pinch to cover the top of your scooter from the rain.)

As a safety feature, the big Lambretta or Vespa logo is a reflective white that really shows up in headlights, and is on both the front and back!

Nice item for only $14.75.

Scooter Viagra to service your pleasure
Dec. 8, 2009, 6:02 AM

Two emails today from scooterists on opposite sides of the world, the first from England about our Lambretta anti-dive disc brake:

Fitted the anti-dive kit at the week end, works great, really improves the braking as well as the handling.

It is scooter Viagra (stiffens everything up, ha, ha).

And here's a very nice email from South Africa about our Vespa parts:

Today I received my first parts order from ScootRS. I would just like to say thanks so much for your amazing level of service.

It is such a pleasure to order parts through ScootRS and you definitely have my support for the future.

Thanks for the kind emails.

Dec. 1, 2009, 6:38 PM

Ever wonder where your parts order goes once it has been submitted?

And who is responding when you submit a change in your account history?

The mystery is resolved!
