Scooter shipping time and cost

From Asia stock, shipping time is about 2 weeks in Asia, about 4 weeks elsewhere. Plus there is usually another week at each end.

Freight only estimates

NOTE:

  • Enquire for other cities.
  • Shipping is estimated on 1.75m3. Sometimes there is a minimum 2m3 charge.
  • Small towns cost extra for delivery, or pick it up in a major city.

We can also ship your scooter by air, thus delivering it in a day or two after it is finished. But prices are very high, $1000 or so to the USA.

There will be some fees associated with the shipping agent(s) handling of the goods; these depend on the agent.

Delivery to your door is extra, usually around $100 in the USA; £60 UK. You can decide if you want delivery when it reaches your city and you are contacted.

What are the shipping conditions like for scooters?

The crate protected the scooter well, and it was hard to tear it apart to get the scooter out.

The scooters are well covered and locked in place within a strong crate. They are then shipped in sealed 20ft containers. Full-loss-only insurance is included. All-claims insurance, including any damage en route, is extra and purchased at your end as it isn't sold here on “used goods”.

Shipping parts

Order, choose the country from which you want your parts sent, then choose from the shipping options presented and you will see the cost. If there is an extra dimensional charge after packing your goods we will notify you.

If paying by credit card, to prevent fraud, we only ship to the billing address.

Note that UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes. If your credit card billing address is a PO Box, you will need to change that, or pay by bank transfer.

Note that parts sent by Post Office are not guaranteed for shipping. We can produce a receipt showing the flight it left on; after that we don't know. Very occasionally a package sent by Post Office is lost, others simply delayed, which actually happens in your country at your post office. If so, we will only refund the parts cost (not shipping) if the item comes back undeliverable, which can take a month to arrive. If in doubt, choose, courier shipping.
